Camping
There are 10 campsites on Tuscarora. The extreme eastern campsite should be used only in emergencies as the landing is quite difficult, requiring campers to unload while perched on a small ledge of granite and hoist their gear up a 10 foot cliff. The site itself is small and not ideal. The campsite on the northern shore, on the point of land near the portage from Missing Link, is nice, with a good rock for sunbathing and plenty of room. The island site is also excellent.
[edit]
Fishing
Tuscarora is known for its lake trout fishing. Some large northern pike also inhabit the lake.
