Eddy Lake is a 122 acre lake between the South Arm of Knife Lake and the Kekekabic Ponds. It has a maximum depth of 86 feet and has three campsites. Fish species include northern pike and lake whitefish. Past surveys have also sampled lake trout. The lake was hit hard by the Fourth of July Blowdown in 1999 and much of its shoreline is still dominated by downed trees.

The 25 rod portage to the South Arm of Knife Lake is extremely steep: downhill from Eddy and uphill from the South Arm. The portage passes by Eddy Falls, which can be very scenic in high water conditions. The portage to the Kekekabic Ponds is short and relatively flat and passes through extensive blowdown damage. A 15 rod portage at the east end of the lake leads to Jean Lake on the route to Ogishkemuncie Lake and beyond.
